Guests have full access to the entire 7-bedroom home, all outdoor spaces including decks, hot tub, and fire pit, plus seasonal community amenities at Honeysuckle Meadows (pool, fishing pond, pavilion, and event gazebo).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Seasonal Pool Access: Community pool operates May-October, 10am-9pm daily, weather permitting. Check in at the pool using cabin name "The Knotty Lodge."
Quiet Hours: Strictly enforced 10pm-8am. Sound travels in the mountains and neighbors will contact authorities if disturbed. Please be respectful.
Mountain Living: While we have excellent Starlink internet, cell service varies by carrier. Verizon typically works best. Enable Wi-Fi calling on your phone for best results.
Wildlife: Bears are active in the area. Keep the provided trash cage locked at all times to avoid $200+ cleanup fees if bears scatter trash.
Firewood & Charcoal: Not provided, but available for purchase locally. Previous guests sometimes leave extras.
Pool Towels: Not provided. Please bring your own and do not take cabin towels to pool areas.
Maximum Occupancy: 32 guests (24 adults/children over 12, or 32 total including children under 12)
Perfect Condition Policy: If anything isn't perfect upon arrival, contact us immediately. We aim to be a 5-star property and will make it right.
GETTING AROUND
Easy paved road access makes arrivals stress-free even with large vehicles or in winter weather. The property offers parking for 8+ cars. A vehicle is required – this is a mountain location without public transportation. The peaceful, private setting is worth the short drive to area attractions.
